This course provides the information of major problem of food security including food production, distribution system and food self-sufficiency. Also, the course overviews recent environmental problems in Asian countries such as air pollution, water resource problem, climate changes and so on. All sorts of food security issues linked with the environmental issue. Throughout this course, students can learn and understand the issues of food and environment in Asia and discuss mutual problems with  students of different nations.
